Connie Mute presents " Iowa's Changing Land, Water, and Climate: The Ongoing Story" Saturday March 9th at 7:30PM at the Sanford Museum located at 117 E. Willow St. The transformation of Iowa's prairies and savannas into predominantly rowcrops in the last 2 centuries has dramatically changed our land's ability to handle water sustainable. Now, our changing climate is magnifying this change and is producing additional new problems. What lies in our future, and how can we work toward greater sustainability of our land, water, and air.
